Mohammad Al Sawaf, M.D.
Mohammad AlSawaf, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and a specialist in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and elbow.
Dr. AlSawaf received his fellowship training with The CORE Institute. He completed his residency at Wayne State University in Michigan where he received extensive training in orthopedic surgery. During his residency, Dr. AlSawaf served
as the Curriculum Coordinator for orthopedic residents. Dr. AlSawaf earned his medical degree from University of Jordan School of Medicine where he received his Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification.
Dr. AlSawaf is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS). He remains active in the medical community through educational presentations and ongoing research projects. His areas of interest include bonepreserving shoulder
replacement as well as Quality of Care initiatives.
